Wednesday, April 22 9-10:15 a.m. We're so excited to invite all hard working mask makers to take a well deserved break! In collaboration with Katy Dunlap Yoga, in honor of seamsters everywhere, we slow down on Earth Day. This is a free class for all levels of yoga knowledge but registration is required. Give yourself a break - sew some seeds of self careWhether you’ve made one mask for yourself, a few for friends and family, several to donate, many to share and sell or kazillions of masks you’re a part of a pretty incredible phenomena. Thank you. I love you. Keep up the good work! The two things that have helped me get through these strange times are sewing and yoga. I've felt like making masks has helped me feel connected and have given me a way to help! But it's been taxing on my mind and body. Yoga has helped clear my mind and drop into my body, providing a sanctuary within myself. Yoga Instructor Katy Dunlap has collaborated to offer a class designed for all of us united mask makers. I can't wait to connect through yoga too! Please head over to her site and register for this free class! Sewing Seeds of Self Care is a class on Earth Day during Fashion Revolution Week. I hope you will honor these dates by joining us. The Earth has asked humanity to take a break, healing and reconnecting with yourself is also a great way to help heal the Earth. Fashion Revolution Week is a time to stop and think about the makers behind all of the things that we wear. Now that's you. You deserve a break! And a hug! How about virtual yoga?! I'll see you there!
